We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

 

Job Title: Training / Admin Officer

Location: Ode Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The role will be responsible forsupporting our training function. You will be responsible for coordinating employees and management training programs.
  • He will also be responsible for all administrative duties in the training school.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in creating and implementing training programs
  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
  • Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up
  • Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
  • Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
  • Resolve issues as they arise onsite
  • Submit reports on training activities and results
  • Recommend improvements or new programs
  • Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel Development, Human Relations, Administration or any related field
  • Must have 4-6 years work experience
  • Proven experience as an Admin/Training Officer
  • Sound interest in the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem-solving resolution skills and a team focus.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate training activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

Salary Offer
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month.

 

 

 

Job Title: Automobile Upholsterer

Location: Ode Remo, Ogun

Job Summary

  • The upholsterer will make and repair vehicle upholstery for our clients.
  • You will be responsible for meeting with the client or design agent, selecting the appropriate materials for the job, and installing the upholstery to meet the desired specifications.
  • You may also be required to dismantle and rebuild furniture in which the upholstery has been replaced.

Job Description

  • Meeting with clients and design agents to discuss upholstery ideas.
  • Interpreting design orders and creating upholstery stencils.
  • Selecting and sourcing upholstery materials.
  • Dismantling furniture for upholstery preparation.
  • Measuring and cutting leather or fabric with the aid of design stencils.
  • Installing foam and batting to the furniture framework.
  • Installing and repairing furniture webbing and seating springs.
  • Stretching out and installing fabric or leather coverings.
  • Stitching, gluing, and nailing fabric into place.
  • Smoothing out imperfections.
  • Conducting quality checks on completed orders.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or OND in Upholstery making and or a relevant course
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience

Technical:

  • In-depth knowledge of modern upholstery techniques
  • A good eye for detail
  • Ability to visualize design ideas
  • Strategic thinking and strong execution skills.
  • Knowledge of upholstery tools including hot knives, nail guns, and sewing equipment.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and manipulate heavy objects
  • Ability to translate the ideas of the client into high-quality furnishings.

Non-Technical:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Great time management.

Salary

Job Title: Admin Manager

Location: Ode Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Administrative Manager oversees andsupport operations of theOrganisation and direct the administrative services of Proforce and WMO Gadget.
  • He assigns responsibilities to administrative staff and ensure the facilities are properly taken care of, equipped with the supplies and services needed.
  • His/her work encompasses a variety of responsibilities to ensure the business runs smoothly and accomplishes its goals on a daily basis

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Develop strategies in administrative manager functions to effectively run an organization.
  • Allocate responsibilities and office space.
  • Create budget plans, find ways to reduce costs of supplies and services and monitor the flow of money to ensure they stay within their proposed budget.
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Examine energy consumption patterns, technology usage, and personal property needs
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee Logistics, facilities and maintenance activities including tradespersons (e.g electricians)
  • Responsible for the welfare of the Nigeria Military including logistics, flight bookings, hotel accommodation, feeding and general welfare.
  • Ensure the residence is good condition; water must be available at all times, it should be properly cleaned and maintain to ensure nothing is in lack, all damaged amenities fixed and all items accounted for.
  • Manage the Operatives (cleaners) and ensure that the entire facility is well taken care of, free from dirt and well organised to meet company standard.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to the purchase or sale of equipment, supplies, products, or services
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Handle the acquisition, distribution, and storage of equipment and supplies
  • Ensure plant, machinery and furniture maintenance
  • Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles
  • Consults, researches, negotiates and monitors contracts and agreements with outside suppliers, service providers, leasing agents and others.
  • Responsible for the Proforce canteen including collating names of all staff that ate, taking stock of products bought and monitoring it, etc.
  • Any other function as may be assigned by the Plant Manager and/or GMD.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or any Social Sciences.
  • 6 – 10 years work experience.
  • Possession of an MBA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
