Job Title: Supermarket Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand the supermarket traffic and optimize profitability.
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Must have run and manage a supermarket before.
  • Complete supermarket administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain outstanding supermarket condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
  • Be a shining example of goodbehavior and high performance.
  • Additional supermarket manager duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / Master’s Degree

Job Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
  • Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Should have experience working in an FMCG company.
  • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
  • Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
  • Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
  • Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
  • Preparing procurement reports.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with a minimum of 3 years proven work experience in the retail industry
  • The ideal candidate must have experience in handling a lot of SKU
  • The ideal candidate must have experience in managing a good number of procurement personnels.
  • Knowledge of Retail industry is a bonus.

Job Title: Technical Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
  • Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
  • Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, AC, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
  • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
  • Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors.
  • Develop schedule for regular evaluation of facilities.
  • Participate in development of policies and procedures affecting usage supplies and facilities.
  • Ensure all equipment and other facilities are functioning well.
  • Develop monitoring systems or programs in institution to detect problems in initial stage.

Job Title: Head of IT

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Manage information technology and computer systems.
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations. and appraising their performance.
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
