Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We seek to recruit a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to the Sales and Project Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Taking part in generating new applicators for site application work
  • Responsible for product launch, product demonstration, training for consultants, applicators and other clients.
  • Coordinating along with project coordinator to provide training for the Project department and submit report. Training will be done twice monthly.
  • Handling Customer Technical Complaints.
  • Identifying, diagnosing and troubleshooting application failure
  • Creating standard procedure for site application in relation to product technical data sheet and best practice
  • Sales Technical Support
  • Creation of method statement and application procedure for product and site application.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure all datasheet on our social media handles are up-to-date and correct.

Requirements
Academic Qualification:

  • A good First Degree in Civil Engineering.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in construction industry
  • Certification in Project Management is an added advantage.

Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Good market Knowledge of products
  • Analyzing existing range
  • Providing Quality feedback
  • Communicating to customers the features and range of products
  • Analysis of needs and expectations from markets.
  • Ability to build and develop a business line in the retail Market, merchandising activities, promotions etc to create brand awareness
  • Good relationship and contacts with reputable retail Clients and have the ability to kick start business.
  • Utilization of all forms of social media marketing
  • Spreading the brand visibility in many outlets by creating new accounts for new business

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc in Sciences, Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in retail sales

  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities
  • Design and deliver technical training and continuous development initiatives. Closely work with Sales and Marketing counterparts to ensure product launch, exhibitions, events are well supported and product support readiness internally and with distributors is aligned with company directions.
  • Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management
  • To support and actively lead internal projects as designated by Technical Support Manager.
  • To Manage nominated distributors and customers in nominated countries (Nigeria, Ghana & Ivory coast) with close communication and relationship to enhance the service deliverables to Customers.
  • Coordinating any technical forums and presentations within the country
  • Establish and maintain a customer relations management database and develop good customer relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.
  • Executes tactical action plans as set by the department
  • Work with Managers and internal teams to convert identified business opportunities and achieve targeted business goals
  • Provides technical expertise to the company offered technology, tools, and on customer technical- related business needs.
  • Coordinate with Business Development Manager in problem solving, resourcing and budgeting activities.

Qualifications

  • BSc Degree in Civil / Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, other qualifications may be considered based on attributes and experience.
  • 2 – 5 years relevant work experience in sales and marketing of construction services, or products.
  • Candidate must have good knowledge of the construction industry, sales and marketing skills, good communication skills, business development and strategic thinking.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software, preferably Odoo is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations with good communication skills
  • Ability to drive and must be ready for extensive travel
  • Excellent Reporting.
