Job Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Schedule meetings with clients.
  • Manage travel plans for employees

  • Update the company website and social media accounts.

Salary
N60,000 – N65,000 monthly.

 

 

 

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Zaria, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries.

Requirement

  • Candidates should possess an FSLC qualification.

Salary
N45,000 – N50,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Investment Marketer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Financial analysis and forecasting – Sourcing MI to maintain accurate records of actual and forecasted levels of business.
  • Agreeing product design and pricing – On a monthly basis, analysing market data to identify potential propositions. Formulating proposals and seeking agreement to these.
  • Developing customer and adviser communications – Working within governance framework to develop printed and web based items that are simple, fair and personal. Ensuring these are produced on time and reflect proactive feedback you have obtained from customer research and other sources.
  • Adherence to regulatory controls – reporting, tracking and presenting how regulatory principles are being met. Continuously ensuring the correct measures are being used and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • Project management and delivery – Managing project involvement from cross functional teams by developing strong and effective working relationships so that all tasks are delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Team working – Collaborating with others who are involved in initiatives which interface with structured products.
  • Hedge and risk management – Utilising latest business forecasts to recommend and manage timely changes to amounts of hedging.
  • Back book management – Maintaining records of legacy products and interpreting data to flag any issues.

Job Requirements

  • Educated to Degree level
  • Financial Services experience
  • Experienced within product marketing role
  • Very organised and process improvement minded
  • Highly numerate and good at interpreting data
  • Commercial and risk sensitive
  • Confident at leading, co-ordinating and influencing cross functional teams.

Salary

Job Title: Office Cleaner

Location: Kaduna South, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff
  • Follow all health and safety regulation.

Requirement

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of FSLC.

Remuneration

Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Ojota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements and Skills

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / BA Degree in Business Administration, Social Studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
  • 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
  • HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
  • Proven experience as HR officer.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability.

Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
